1. Overview
Invoicezy is a cloud-based invoicing platform available at pro.invoicezy.com, where registered users can create, manage, and send invoices efficiently. All plans and legal policies are outlined on invoicezy.com.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings or by contacting us at support@invoicezy.com. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not entitle the Customer to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for partial use, downgrades, or unused time.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to evaluate the Service and make informed decisions before subscribing.
Exceptions to this policy may only be made where required by applicable law.
4. Free Plan Policy
Invoicezy offers a Free Plan with limited features and unlimited validity. No charges are applied to users on the Free Plan, and it does not automatically upgrade to any paid plan. Users can continue using the Free Plan for as long as they like or may choose to upgrade to a premium subscription at any time based on their needs.
